Here at TM we want to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us for order assistance and we’ll do our best to fix it for you. Please review our return and exchange policy below. Return policy:

To receive a full refund; item meet the following criteria:
Product must be in new and unused condition
Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt
TravisMathew Customer Service will issue an RA number. The RA number must be written legibly on the outer carton the goods are returned in.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.

In the rare case that a damaged, or wrong item is shipped, please contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receipt. TravisMathew Customer Service will issue on RA number.
You will receive a call tag to ship the damaged item back to TravisMathew.
Upon receipt of the damaged goods, TravisMathew will ship out a replacement item at no charge.

Warehouse sale items are final sale. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges.

How to make a Return or Exchange:

Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return.Call us or E-mail us at info@travismathew.ca with your order or invoice number, items you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will then provide you with an RA number. Please write this number boldly on the outside of the box that is being returned to us.

Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. If we receive a package without an RA number clearly marked it will be refused, so please be sure to make that number visible on the outside of the package you are using to return. Please allow us 7-14 business days to process your return or exchange.
