What is the TravisMathew Rewards Program and how does it work?
The TravisMathew Rewards Program was established to reward our most loyal and hardworking customers like you. For every C$1.00 spent on qualifying purchases at TravisMathew.ca you will receive five (5) loyalty points. You can then use your points, which act like currency to get discounts on merchandise. Please refer to the TravisMathew Rewards Terms and Conditions for the full details of the program terms. TravisMathew Rewards is free to join, and participants can also receive points by participating in various activities found on your Activities page and Refer a friend page. This program is available to legal residents of Canada, who must be 16 years of age or older.

Participants will receive free ground shipping and free returns just for joining. Free Ground and 2-day shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in Canada. Standard order processing rules apply. Order by 2 pm PT (12 pm ET) Mon-Fri and your items will ship same day. Delivery dates at checkout are estimates and may vary slightly.
As an added benefit, as a TravisMathew Rewards participant, you have the opportunity to unlock new rewards as you achieve new tier statuses, such as free annual gifts and free 2-day shipping.
Does TravisMathew ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we’ll be expanding our website to service Canada in the near future. How do I return my item?
WE’VE MADE RETURNS SIMPLE
We offer free returns to TM Rewards members online within 30 days of the delivery date. Product must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. All sale items are final sale.
ONLINE RETURNS, LET’S DO THIS
Visit our returns page: www.travismathew.ca/return/return-exchange If you have a TM Rewards account, sign in. If not, enter your order number and email address. Once you’re signed in, you’ll find the instructions for selecting the items you want to return, printing your shipping labels, packing your items and finding a shipping outlet that’s close to you. Important: Once your return request has been successfully submitted to us, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will appear on the screen. You’ll need that number to track your return. Jot it down below so you have it handy.
After you drop off your package, the time it takes to get to us varies based on the shipping carrier and where it was sent from. Once we receive your package, we’ll issue your refund in five to seven business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return process is complete.
THE FINE PRINT
We do not process exchanges for purchases online. Please call customer service to complete a return by calling 1.877.969.1952. All product is subject to an inspection.
Why doesn’t my promo/discount code work?
Please note coupon codes are not applicable toward the following: Sale Items, Golf Bags, Luggage, Backpacks, Club Covers, and Corkcicle Products. Additionally, coupon codes cannot be combined or used with any other offers. However, all full price clothing and accessories is eligible.
I’m missing some items from my order. Where is the rest?
We do our best to provide the most accurate inventory possible on our website, however, if we are unable to fulfill any part of your order, the items that are available will be shipped to avoid any further processing delays. An email will be sent to you informing you of the missing item(s), and you will be provided with a free shipping code for a replacement item.
